Terms & Conditions

Locallie AI is a software platform owned and operated by Magica Solutions LLC. By subscribing to and using Locallie AI, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Payment Terms

  • All Clients must pay a one-time setup fee, which varies depending on the business type and specific needs.

  • After the setup fee is paid, Clients are required to pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain access to their account.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance and must be paid in full to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform.

  • In addition to the subscription fee, Clients will be billed separately for text messages, phone calls, and other usage-based services. If payment for these services fails or is not completed, the Client’s account may be paused until full payment is received.


2. Account Access and Pausing

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.

  • Upon cancellation or failure to pay, the account will be paused at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • All data and settings will remain stored for up to 3 months after the last active billing period.

  • If the Client does not resume the subscription within 3 months, all account data will be permanently deleted, and reactivation will require a new setup fee.


3. Pricing Changes

  • The cost of SMS, calls, and other carrier-related services may change depending on market conditions or carrier pricing. Locallie AI reserves the right to adjust these fees as needed.

  • Clients will be notified in advance of any changes to the monthly platform subscription fee. Continued use of the platform after a pricing change constitutes agreement to the new terms.


4. Data Privacy and Security

  • Only the Client has access to their account data. Locallie AI staff does not view, share, or use contact or business data for any purpose unless legally required.

  • All client data remains private and confidential and will never be shared or sold.


5. Platform Use and Updates

  • Locallie AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to automate messaging, lead generation, and appointment booking using AI-powered systems.

  • The platform is constantly evolving, and updates and improvements are deployed regularly to enhance performance and reliability.

  • Occasional downtime or interruptions may occur during updates, and Locallie AI will not be liable for such occurrences.

  • Access to the platform is contingent on timely monthly payments. Continued service requires maintaining an active subscription.


6. Ownership, Rights, and Account Transfer Policy

  • Locallie AI, including all branding, platform infrastructure, automations, workflows, templates, integrations, configurations, and intellectual property, is owned solely by Magica Solutions LLC. These elements are licensed to the Client only for use during an active subscription.

  • Clients retain full ownership of their data, including contact lists, customer databases, contracts, and any proprietary materials they upload to the platform.

  • Clients may not transfer or clone their sub-account to another agency or platform. Sub-accounts created and configured within Locallie AI are non-transferable.

  • If the Client chooses to leave the platform or work with a different provider, they may download and export their owned data at any time prior to cancellation. However, the setup, systems, and configurations built inside the platform remain the exclusive property of Magica Solutions LLC and cannot be migrated or replicated elsewhere.


7. Final Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between the Client and Magica Solutions LLC regarding the use of Locallie AI.

By making a payment and using the platform, the Client agrees to abide by all terms listed above.
