Locallie AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform developed and operated by Magica Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information through our platform.

By using Locallie AI, the Client (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Platform Overview

Locallie AI provides businesses with tools to automate messaging, lead generation, appointment setting, and customer follow-ups through SMS, email, calls, and other digital channels. Our Clients control how and when communication is sent through the platform.


2. Types of Data Collected

We may collect the following types of data:

From Clients (Platform Users):

  • Business information (e.g., name, email, phone number, address)

  • Payment and billing data

  • Login credentials and usage logs

  • Preferences, configurations, and workflow settings

From Contacts (End Users or Leads):

Clients may upload or collect data from their leads/customers, including:

  • Names, phone numbers, email addresses

  • Communication logs (e.g., SMS messages, call records, appointment activity)

  • Tags, notes, or CRM-related details

This data is managed and owned solely by the Client.


3. Use of Data

We use data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and support the Locallie AI platform

  • To process payments and manage subscriptions

  • To improve platform performance and user experience

  • To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

We do not access, use, or share your contacts or customer data unless it is:

  • Required for technical support or troubleshooting (with your permission)

  • Required by law or legal request

  • Necessary to protect the rights and safety of the platform or its users


4. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that you have consent from your contacts to send SMS messages, emails, or calls through the platform

  • Managing opt-out requests or Do Not Contact preferences

  • Complying with applicable local, state, and federal laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or GDPR (if applicable)

Locallie AI is a messaging platform; we provide the tools, but you control the use of those tools.


5. Messaging and Communication

Locallie AI allows Clients to send automated and manual communications to leads and customers via:

  • SMS/Text Messages

  • Email

  • Voice Calls

  • Social Media and other integrated channels

Important Notes:

  • All messages are sent on behalf of the Client.

  • Clients are responsible for the content and compliance of all outbound messages.

  • Recipients may incur carrier or data fees.

  • Clients must include opt-out language in SMS or comply with relevant laws.

We may monitor system performance or logs to detect abuse or ensure platform integrity but do not use contact data for marketing or resale.


6. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure servers and encrypted databases

  • Role-based access controls

  • Regular platform updates and security reviews

Client data is stored in the cloud via secure third-party infrastructure providers. While we strive to protect all information, no system is 100% secure, and Clients are encouraged to use strong passwords and protect login access.


7. Third-Party Integrations

Locallie AI integrates with third-party services such as:

  • SMS and Voice Carriers

  • CRMs and Payment Gateways

  • Scheduling and Analytics Tools

We only share data with third-party services as needed to deliver the functionality requested by the Client. Use of those services is subject to their respective privacy policies.


8. Data Retention

  • Client account data is retained for the duration of the active subscription.

  • Upon cancellation, account data is stored for up to 3 months and then permanently deleted.

  • Clients may export their data at any time while the subscription is active.


9. Children’s Privacy

Locallie AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
